• API Key Usage: Log timestamps, request volumes, billing/usage counts, and success/error status to measure subscription quotas.
• Temporary Uploads: Files uploaded for conversion or data extraction.

2. Zero-Retention Sandbox Policy

Our core data pipeline enforces a strict zero-retention architecture for processed files:

• All file uploads are processed entirely in memory or sandbox-isolated temporary directories.
• Once a file is successfully converted, served, or downloaded, all copies of the input and output files are deleted from our servers in real-time.
• We do not review, scan, index, or store your documents, images, or spreadsheet contents for any purpose whatsoever.

3. Data Protection and Encryption

We protect all data using secure standard industry practices:

• All transit data between client applications and our API gateways is encrypted via standard HTTPS (SSL/TLS 1.3).
• Private data such as passwords and billing metadata are encrypted at rest.
• API tokens must be kept private and can be regenerated at any time from your settings page.

4. Subprocessors and Data Storage

Our cloud infrastructure is hosted in secured server data centers located in Europe. No third-party data handlers have access to transient files processed through our API pipeline.

5. Your Rights

Under GDPR and other privacy frameworks, you have full rights to access, export, update, or delete your account records at any time. If you choose to delete your account, all associated tokens, transaction logs, and profile records will be permanently removed from our active database.
