Terms of Service
Last updated: July 11, 2026
Welcome to 7awel. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our developer APIs, dashboard, and conversion services. By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. Account Registration and Keys
To use our API, you must register for an account and obtain a unique API token:
- You are solely responsible for keeping your API token confidential and secure.
- All API requests made using your token will be billed and attributed directly to your account.
- If you suspect your token is compromised, you must immediately regenerate it via your dashboard settings.
2. Fair Use and Limits
To maintain high availability and prevent platform abuse, we enforce the following usage constraints:
- Accounts must not exceed the rate limits specified for their subscription tier.
- Our free and guest conversion features are restricted to fair, manual, personal use. Automated scrubbing or scraping of guest endpoints is strictly prohibited.
- Multiple concurrent requests may be throttled to prevent resource starvation.
3. Prohibited Content and Use Case
You agree not to use our API to process any files or contents that:
- Are illegal, malicious, or contain malware, viruses, or exploits.
- Infringe upon third-party intellectual property or copyright.
- Aim to disrupt, bypass, or overload our hosting server infrastructure.
4. Subscription Billing and Cancellations
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or yearly subscription cycle. You can cancel or upgrade your plan at any time through the billing dashboard. Refunds are subject to our refund policy and consumed API quotas.
5. Service Availability and Disclaimer
Our APIs are provided "as is" and "as available". While we maintain redundant container scaling to guarantee maximum uptime, we do not warrant that the service will be entirely error-free or uninterrupted. We are not liable for any downtime, loss of data, or operational disruptions in your applications.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, engage in DDoS activities, or fail to pay subscription quotas without prior notice.
